Article Five: Organization Objectives

  1. Raise awareness among youth to deter drug use, posing a threat to individuals and families.
  2. Empower women socially and economically, enabling their participation in public life and the exercise of civil and social rights.
  3. Promote a culture of peace, enhancing social harmony for human development, respect for human rights, justice, and equality.
  4. Foster love and solidarity among all society members.
  5. Eliminate violence, promote a culture of love, tolerance, and global peace.
  6. Identify and nurture talented individuals.
  7. Provide comprehensive care for people with special needs through effective and professional solutions.
  8. Cultivate social, cultural, and humanitarian awareness in civil society.
  9. Educate the community on friendship principles based on democracy.
  10. Prohibit and reject a culture of violence and revenge.

Article Six: Achieving Objectives

  1. Scientific training programs.
  2. Craft and professional training programs.
  3. Workshops.
  4. Conferences, seminars, and art exhibitions.
  5. Planning, managing, and implementing awareness campaigns.
  6. Field reports.

Article Seven: Membership Conditions

  1. Iraqi nationality.
  2. Eighteen years of age or older with full legal capacity.
  3. Acceptance of the organization’s internal regulations.
  4. Good conduct and behavior.
  5. No conviction of a dishonorable offense or non-political crime.

Article Eight: Termination of Membership

  1. In case of death.
  2. Conviction of a dishonorable offense or non-political crime.
  3. Acting contrary to internal regulations.
  4. Termination by the decision of the organization’s president.
  5. Causing harm to the organization in any form.
  6. Failure to attend three consecutive meetings without a legitimate excuse.

Article Nine: Member Rights

  1. Participation in expressing opinions and proposing changes to internal regulations.
  2. Obtaining the organization’s document.
  3. Participating in events, conferences, and seminars inside and outside the Kurdistan region.
  4. Receiving legal support during the member’s work with the organization.

Article Ten: Member Duties

  1. Adhering to internal regulations.
  2. Preserving the organization’s property.
  3. Actively participating in activities.
  4. Paying minimal monthly dues to maintain membership.

Articles Eleven: Membership Acceptance

Membership is accepted through direct appointment by the organization’s president, authorized by the General Assembly of the organization in the state of Arizona, USA, after reviewing the CV by the administration.

2- Administrative Body: The administrative body, comprised of twelve to eighteen members, is appointed by the organization’s president.

3- President’s Powers:

  • Distributing committees and appointing their heads.
  • Supervising the organization’s activities.
  • Implementing the general policy and programs on projects aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  • Establishing branches within and outside the region.
  • Forming subcommittees as needed.
  • Monitoring requests, issues, and complaints, forwarding them to relevant committees.
  • Chairing administrative body meetings and calling emergency meetings.
  • Representing the organization to government and non-governmental entities.
  • Overseeing the organization’s and formed committees’ work.
  • Signing correspondences and documents.
  • Delegating part of their powers to the deputy or a designated representative.
  • Approving expenditures for managing the organization’s affairs within the budget allocations and delegating some powers to the organization’s financial committee.

Deputy President’s Authority:
Acts as the president in their absence, ensuring continuity in leadership.

1- Committee Powers:
1- Administrative Committee, headed by the president or a delegate:

  • Organizing administrative affairs, both inbound and outbound.
  • Notifying and preparing for organization meetings.
  • Maintaining manual and electronic records.
  • Reporting sessions and meetings, presenting them to the administrative body, and monitoring their implementation with committees.

2- Financial Committee, headed by its president or a delegate:

  • Monitoring financial and accounting procedures for all contracts and projects granted to or by the organization.
  • Signing expenditure and revenue papers after the president’s approval.
  • Managing financial department records.
  • Processing salary and allowance payments upon the president’s authorization.
  • Reporting on work progress to the organization’s president every 30 days.
  • Providing financial data to monitoring authorities in budgeting, spending, and deposits.
  • Collecting member fees, expenses from organization events, donations, gifts, etc.

3- Cultural Committee, headed by its president or a delegate:

  • Monitoring cultural activities outside the organization and coordinating with other entities to serve its goals.
  • Organizing cultural courses, festivals, conferences, and lectures.
  • Creating cultural materials aligned with the organization’s objectives.

4- Legal Committee, headed by its president or a delegate:

  • Monitoring legal procedures for contracts, projects, and activities funded by the organization.
  • Conducting legal investigations and sealing reports with recommendations.
  • Legal representation before higher judicial authorities.
  • Keeping legal office records.

5- Media Committee:

  • The committee head serves as the official spokesperson.
  • Conducts media interviews.
  • Issues publications and follows the organization’s media presence online.

6- Youth and Sports Committee:

  • Organizing and managing youth and sports activities and coordinating volunteer work.

Article 12: Public Relations Committee:


Represents the organization, organizes seminars, and conferences, enhancing its external engagement.

Article 13: Financial Resources:

  • Member subscriptions.
  • Donations, grants, bequests, unconditional gifts internally and externally.
  • Returns from the organization’s activities and projects.

Article 14: Dissolution:


Upon dissolution, funds go to a similar organization chosen by the administrative body by simple majority, ensuring a responsible and ethical transition.
